Throughout her career, Ssusan Forte. O'Neill is always expanding her knowledge of cutting edge technologies and trends to spawn economic growth for individual business, organizations and strategic regions. While on this path, she also continues to merge creativity with complex problem solving to develop innovative solutions - to challenge individuals and companies to use their creativity to "think outside the box" to spawn economic development while developing leaders for today and tomorrow.
Her pragmatic approach have become the centerfold of her philosophy and training. she develops strategic business models and strategies that she teaches individuals and businesses to implement in their daily lives. She starts with challenging individuals and teams to use their "gifted" creative minds to solve problems to develop sound and cost-effective solutions.
